HFT Flow Scanner ®

The proprietary HFT FLOW SCANNER ® platform is a web platform based on a proprietary formula that generates a ranking of the stocks on which purchase flows of the HFTs (high frequency trading systems) intervene.

The aim is to identify the securities on which purchases are being concentrated by anticipating bullish (or bearish) price movements.

The HFT Value determines the ranking of the securities, allowing you to position yourself to buy by following the flows of the strong hands.

The operator can select the flow monitoring start time and update the starting base.

The refresh time is 30 seconds.

The platform was designed to best support institutional prop traders, managers and professional traders in intraday operations.

The software is offered as a subscription at €550/month for institutional traders, €50/month for private traders.

DATA SET ALTERNATIVES:
how strong hands work.

For institutional traders we provide an End of Day Report with HFT trading data for the entire session, security by security.

What data is provided?

– The end-of-day ranking of the Ftsemib securities, from which we can deduce: the securities most traded by the HFTs and the direction of the flows (whether for sale or purchase)

– The percentage of trades from HFT on the total volumes, security by security, and their weekly trend (see graph alongside).

What is this data for?

HFT data is, in fact, an ALTERNATIVE DATA SET. From the analysis of the data two results can be obtained:

  1. Identify correlations with prices and other indicators, improving the precision of your algorithms.
  2. Understanding market dynamics by helping us interpret what is happening and helping us make better and more timely decisions. (See the Sole 24 Ore article on the collapse of 2 and 5 August).

COSTS

The EOD Report costs €300 / month, €3240 / year.
